1. Day1

   Arrive Manda — dhow transfer

   Met at Manda airstrip, dhow across the channel to old-town Lamu. Rooftop welcome, hours-of-silence orientation.

2. Day2

   Old town on foot

   Carved-door walk with our resident historian — Riyadha mosque, the Lamu Fort, the donkey hospital. Coffee on stone benches.

3. Day3

   Dhow day — Manda Toto

   Full-day dhow with snorkel stop. Grilled lunch on the boat.

4. Day4

   Shela beach

   Day in Shela — twelve km of empty beach, lunch at Peponi, sundowner from the dunes.
